-1-2 tbsp of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
-1-2 tbsp of chopped nuts of your choice, and/or dried fruits
-1/4
cup or so of rolled oats, granola, or my homemade blend of kamut, spelt, and barley flakes (I just buy whatever interesting
grains I can find at the bulk store)
-1/3 cup cottage cheese
-1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
Directions:
I got from Germany, where they eat fresh creamed cheese (frischkase) as part of breakfast. Into a bowl put all
ingredients. Mix it all up and there's your muesli breakfast.
