Ingredients and Directions:
In a blender combine:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese (low or nonfat)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup of milk (low or nonfat)
1
scoop of protein powder (optional)
1 packet of Splenda or sweetner of choice
For those that use flax oil, you can add a tablespoon to this and it doesn't really change the taste. Blend for 1 to
minutes, serve and enjoy!
