Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup blueberries ¼ cup steel cut oats ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup 1 tsp Splenda
Directions:
Mix cold cooked steel cut oats with Maple syrup. Place in bowl or container. Top with cottage cheese sweetened with one
packet Splenda, add thawed blueberries. (Sometimes I leave out the blueberries and just do 1/2 cup oats)
