101 ways to eat cottage cheese

Also known as "gross out your friends breakfast"

Ingredients:
1/2 cup CC
3 oz tuna
5 or more egg whites (and one yolk if you want)
1/3 cup dry oatmeal
Seasonings (anny good Southerner will use Tony Chachere's or "Tony's")
 
Directions:
Mix well, scramble in a skillet. Chow down. Smells bad, tastes great—kinda like fried matzo.
