Ingredients:
16 or 24 oz lowfat cottage cheese 1 or 2 baked 9or boiled) potatoes 2 or 3 green onions chopped 1 to 2 oz lowfat
milk salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Bake potatoes or boil potatoes or heat a can of potatoes. Mix all other ingredients in bowl and keep refrigerated until
potatoes are ready. Pour mixture over potatoes and enjoy!
