1/2 cup cottage
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 egg white
1 tsp soy sauce
a little finely chopped onion to taste
(salt, pepper and I use hot pepper flakes but use whatever you
Pulse until smooth in a food processor. Drop into frying pan in the shape of patties, brown on two sides ( once
the first side is browned, they stay together and turn easily)
Dip into nonfat sour cream.
These are really good and you can't taste the cottage cheese or oatmeal.
