Bio: Just another ordinary Jane who got really interested in being fit around September 2003; and somehow discovered a passion for research while trying to learn how to eat right and exercise for fun and sanity. Eventually I had enough written down for me to mentally justify a web site; and the blog just kind of went with it.
My chatting tends to spend inordinate amounts of time on my running, my DH (Dear Hubby), our roomie (Obie), and my two cats - this is reflective of roughly the things in life that are important to me. :-)
